From where do you ship the orders?

We ship all orders from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure prompt processing, please request any changes or cancellations within the first 12 hours after placing your order. All requests made after this time frame will be denied. Once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and payments through PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that during holidays and sale seasons, there may be additional processing time. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and will be shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.

The prices shown on our website do not include taxes in USD, which means you may need to pay taxes and duties once you receive your order.
